South Holt varsity volleyball is playing in the EA Volleyball Tournament today. They played Fremont Mills, Rock Port, and East Atchison in pool play. The Lady Knights play Nodaway Valley at 2:00pm today in the Consolation Game. Go Knights!
South Holt varsity football lost to Worth County on Friday night by the score of 56-0. The Knights play next this Friday at Mound City.
South Holt football has 3 turnovers early. Worth County capitalizes on them all and takes a 32-0 lead with 4:55 left in the 1st Quarter.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to stream tonight's football game due to a catastrophic failure of our huddle camera. We hope to have a replacement camera in time for our next home game. Please come out to the field and support our Knights tonight.
The third graders had a good time hosting our grandparents for Grandparents' Day. We had an overflowing classroom of grandparents who got to enjoy our Reader's Theater presentations, circle sharing of stories from grandparents about their grandkids and a fun lunch in the park.
South Holt will dismiss school at 1:00 on Friday, September 5. We will follow normal dismissal procedures. Please reach out to the Elementary Office if your child's dismissal routine will change on Friday's early dismissal. Enjoy the Holt County Autumn Festival this weekend!
