The South Holt Junior High Basketball Tournament begins tonight. All games will be live streamed on YouTube. Go to www.southholtr1.com and click on the link to the YouTube account. Mound City vs Nodaway Valley play tonight. Girls at 5:30, boys follow.
Wednesday's menu at South Holt has changed. We are not able to get Cheese Breadsticks at this time. Wednesday's menu will now be Hamburgers, Sun Chips, California Blend Veggies, and Fruit. Thank you.
The South Holt JH Tournament games for today (Monday) will now start at 5:30pm and 6:45pm . The teams playing are Mound City and Nodaway Valley. There are only two games this evening. Please adjust and spread the word to all that need to know time change.
South Holt's annual food drive begins this week. Food will be collected in the elementary. All donations benefit the Hope House in Forest City. Please contact the elementary office with any questions at 446-2356.

JH basketball tournament update -- the South Holt girls and the East Atchison boys have had to forfeit their game on Monday, November 15th because quarantine. No games at 4:30 or 5:30 on Monday. The games on Monday will be 7:00pm and 8:15pm of Mound City vs Nodaway Valley.
South Holt’s FFA Barnwarming Dance for tonight has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Please share the news. No dance tonight.
JH basketball tournament update -- the East Atchison boys’ team has had to forfeit their game on Monday, November 15th because of a larger number of quarantines on their boys’ team. So, the South Holt boys will not play on Monday and will "win" by forfeit. The South Holt girl’s vs East Atchison girls will happen, and will now start at 5:30pm on Monday, November 15th.
South Holt host a Jr. High Basketball Tournament on November 15th-19th, 2021. There are multiple basketball games each night. Teams included are South Holt, East Atchison, Mound City, Nodaway Valley, Rock Port, and Savannah.

The JH Knights boys team lose to St Gregory tonight by the score of 32-43.
The JH Lady Knights lose to St Gregory tonight by the score of 11-42.
PTO is meeting tonight at 6:30 to assemble carnival baskets. Meet at the elementary office. All help is welcome.
School pictures are coming home with students today. Please check your packets. If your envelope does not include what you ordered, please send the packet back to school on Wednesday and we will reach out to SCH Photo to resolve the issue.

The JH Lady Knights lose to East Atchison tonight by the score of 19-25. Girls play again tomorrow at home vs St Gregory at 5:30pm.
South Holt JH basketball and JH cheerleading pictures will be taken between 2:30-3:15 on Thursday, November 11th. Order forms will be given to athletes at the game in Fairfax this evening.
South Holt Senior Composite Portraits will be taken between 1:30-2:30 on Thursday, November 11th. Seniors will be given some time just prior to this photo shoot to leave school and prepare themselves for this very important picture. More info will be shared with seniors on Tuesday.
