Dawson Fansher wins by the score of 13-4 in the state wrestling semifinals! His match went all 3 periods. Impressive work! Dawson moves onto the championship match which will be Saturday at about 4:30pm.

The South Holt boys fall to Mound City tonight in Oregon on Senior Night. Looking ahead….Districts playoffs start Saturday in Mound City for the SH boys. The SH girls play Monday also at Mound City.
On Senior Night the South Holt Lady Knights get the victory over Mound City by the score of 55-22. Go Knights!

FFA Food Drive happening this week at South Holt. "Unite Against Hunger" on February 14-18. The grade level that brings in the most canned food items will have $1 per item placed in their class funds.

This weekend Dawson Fansher and Kal McFarland competed in district wrestling at Mid Buchanan. Kal competed in both of his matches but was eliminated in the bracket. Dawson won all 3 of his matches, won the 126 pound bracket, and advances for the MSHSAA state tournament next weekend!

The Lady Knights defeat the Northeast Nodaway Bluejays 39-26.
"Stick" with your Valentine and send them a giant Pixy Stick. Orders are due today (February 11th). Pixy Sticks will be delivered on Valentine's Day. Order forms are available on the student information center. $1 per stick. All proceeds go to CTA scholarships.
Reminder.....Today (February 11th) all South Holt 9th-12th graders will be going to the Holt County Career Fair at Craig School for the majority of the school day. The bus leaves at 8:30am and returns at around 2:45pm. This event is for all high school kids in Holt County. A free catered lunch will be provided. Clothing attire expectations are the same as a normal school day.
