The South Holt 2nd Graders worked with Miss Weipert, the Elementary Counselor, to learn about actions and behaviors that are respectful. Miss Weipert is in her 2nd week of providing whole group lessons to all elementary students. Miss Weipert will focus her lessons on character education, bullying prevention, coping skills, and more. We are excited to have our counselors and teachers working together to support our students.

There will be a 5th quarter event 30 minutes after the home football game tonight at the First Christian Church for food, drinks, and games. This is for 9th-12th grade students only. This event is sponsored by the Ministerial Alliance, South Holt R-1, interested parents, and the First Christian Church.
The Big Smiles in-school dentist is coming to our school again this year September 26th and 27th for dental exams/care. Permission slips will be sent home this week with elementary students. Permission slips will be in the high school office for JH/HS, or you can sign your child up online at www.myschooldentist.com. Permission slips are due by 9/12/23.
