South Holt varsity football loses to Nodaway Valley by the score of 56-6 on Friday night. The loss puts the Knights' final regular season record at 3-6. Football will play again in 2 weeks in Districts at an opponent TBA.

South Holt will be inducting 3 more football players into the Hall of Fame at halftime tonight. Trevor Markt, Cole Medsker, and Trace Milne.

South Holt will be recognizing Seniors for football and cross country at around 6:35pm tonight. Tait, Lexi, CJ, Griffin, Cayden, and Gage.

South Holt is hosting Nodaway Valley in varsity football at 7:00pm tonight. Come out and support the Knights in our last home game of the season!

South Holt is honoring all of our local Veterans with breakfast and an assembly on Veterans Day. Please see the image below for details. All Veterans are welcome to join us for breakfast. South Holt varsity volleyball loses to Mound City in the District Semifinal on Thursday night. The loss ends the season for the Lady Knights. Thank you seniors...Jacelyn, Ella, Jernie, and Lexi! Great season!

Thank you to the South Holt Elementary PTO for sending our K-2 students to Schweizer's Orchard on Monday. Our students had a wonderful time visiting the pumpkin patch and apple orchard!

This week our 4th Grade Class worked with our Junior Class. The Juniors assisted our 4th Graders with their understanding of long division. This was a great way to build community between our elementary and secondary students, while supporting our students in a core content area. Great things are happening at South Holt!

Second Harvest has added a date for the mobile food pantry. The mobile pantry will be in Oregon on November 3. Mark your calendars. All are welcome.

South Holt is not in session on Thursday, October 23 and Friday, October 24. Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held from 9:00 a.m. to noon and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Reach out if you have any questions.

It has been a busy month for South Holt juniors and seniors! We attended multiple events including the Missouri Air National Guard career fair, the NWMSU college fair, and the My Success college and career fair. The students that attended did a great job at exploring the opportunities presented!

Students in Personal Finance class participated in mock interviews. They practiced shaking hands and answering common job interview questions.

The South Holt Boys Cross Country Runners are 275 Conference Champions! Congratulations to these All-Conference runners: Hayden (2nd), Jorden (3rd), Liam (6th), and Tait (7th)! Congratulations to Sophia. Sophia is All-Conference, with a 6th place finish. Congratulations to all runners! South Holt came out with 9 out of the 10 runners setting personal records. It's a great night to be a Knight!

Our K-2 students are headed to Schweizer's Orchard in the morning. Please make sure students are dressed to be outdoors.

Morgan signed the Mark Twain Club window again! Several of our students are on their way to earning a trip to the Children's Literature Festival! 📚
