6th grade had a chance to explore the KEVA planks after finishing up a research project. Towers, castles, and mazes were built!

South Holt High School students had the opportunity to participate in mock interviews this week during Personal Finance. Students researched questions and companies where they may want to work in the future. Then, they took turns being the interviewer and interviewee. They also practiced firm handshakes and appropriate introductions.
South Holt varsity loses to Rock Port 3 sets to zero to wrap up the regular season. District play is next Tuesday back here at Rock Port.
Friday is an afternoon of SCH Photo pictures at South Holt. 📸 Senior Composites from 1:30-2:15. Regular make-up pictures from 2:15-2:30. And JH Basketball from 2:30-3:15.
Tomorrow is Holt County Government Day/Bette Williams Day. All South Holt freshman will attend this event. Students should report to 1st hour and will be dismissed shortly after attendance is taken.

These 1st Graders spent time practicing their reading skills by reading Halloween books with Mrs. Slusher.
2nd graders explored Keva planks (Knowledge, Exploration, and Visual Arts) while practicing collaboration and problem solving skills. They made a competition on which group could build the tallest tower!
This Friday is our first Frozen Friday of the school year. Send $1.00 to school on Friday with your elementary student if you'd like your child to receive a treat following lunch. Contact the Elementary Office with any questions.
