South Holt School will extend the school closure due to the Coronavirus thru April 17th. The first possible day to come back to school will be April 20th. This situation remains fluid so stay tuned. There is a letter from Mr. Ottman on the Website with more information.
Here is the menu for the week of March 30-April 3rd. We are currently delivering 54 meals each day for lunch. If you would like to be added to the route, please email Mr. Ottman ottmanb@southholtr1.com and we would gladly add you to our list.

The South Holt gyms and weightroom are closed to all students and patrons during the school building closure until we reevaluate for an April 6th opening. No one should be in the gyms or weightroom at this time.
The daily preparation of the meals for delivery will begin at 10:00 instead of 9:00 from now on for those people who signed up to help. Delivery will still be at 11:00. Thank you for making this adjustment.

Hillyards Technical School will be closed until Monday 4/6/20. All South Holt students enrolled in Hillyards classes should check their google classrooms for instruction during this time.
South Holt Students!! It is very important that you are checking your school email often. Miss Olberding is sending senior scholarship information and not getting any response. Other classroom teachers are not getting responses from their students. Please check you email.
Please see the updated Meal Preparation and Delivery Schedule. We added another delivery person. Every person doing prep or delivery will have their temperature taken prior to helping. If you want to help but aren't on the list, prep begins around 9:00 and delivery around 11:00

An update on delivered meals. Volunteers are still preparing free meals for families from M-F that will be delivered starting around 11:00am. All is covered for today. An update on delivered meals. If you are helping prepare the meals, that will start around 9:00 (depending on menu items) each morning at the school kitchen. Food items will be provided at the school. Delivery will start at 11:00. Please feel free to come help even if you aren't signed up. Many hands makes light work.

Here is an intial schedule we will start with and make changes as we go. At this time, we will be preparing and delivering 40 meals. We will be moving the preparation of the food to the school kitchen from the Christian Church because of Health Dept. regulations.
The food drop program wll start again today at 10:00 AM at the Methodist Church in Oregon.
