In the first round of District play the South Holt girls beat North Nodaway 42-25 in Ravenwood. Go Lady Knights!

South Holt's National Honor Society teamed up with MU's Extension Office for this year's annual service projects. Students collected newly purchased socks & blankets for donation & are writing monthly letters to residents of the Oregon Care Center.
These JH students represented South Holt at the MWSU Honor Choir on February 13. The students spent the afternoon working with area students and performed with MWSU students Monday evening.
The South Holt FFA is serving breakfast at the TJ Hall Building until 10:00 this morning. Head up for biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, eggs, and a variety of drinks.
Event still happening tomorrow morning….The South Holt FFA will sponsor their Community Breakfast on Saturday, February 18, 2023 from 6:30am to 10:00am. The community is invited to come celebrate FFA Week with us and enjoy breakfast. The breakfast is at the TJ Hall Building.

Next week the South Holt FFA is sponsoring a canned food drive. The elementary class with the most donated items will receive an ice cream party from the South Holt FFA. Items will be collected February 21-February 24.

In the final home games of the season the South Holt varsity girls lose a tough game to NE Nodaway by the score of 41-40. The South Holt boys win the second game of the night 76-56 over the NEN Blue Jays. District play begins next Monday with times and opponents TBA tomorrow night.
