This semester the Ag Leadership Class started teaching Ag Ed On The Move to Mrs. Long's Third Grade Class! So far they have covered Soybeans, Corn, and Missouri Crops!
Congratulations to Kendall Noland, Cole Medsker and Tylynn Prussman for being selected to the 275 All-Conference Basketball Teams. Kendall was 1st team unanimous. Cole was 1st team. Ty was 2nd team. Go Knights!
The South Holt boys fall to Platte Valley in Sectional Basketball by a score of 57-69. The loss ends the season for the Knights. It was a season full of wonderful accomplishments and success. Proud of all the players, especially our seniors: Kendall, Cade, Tylynn, Garrett, and Zander. Go Knights!

Tonight's Boys Sectional Basketball Game will be broadcasted live on Radio 95.5FM. Game starts at 6:00.
The basketball bus will depart at 4:00pm on Tuesday afternoon and will drive around the Oregon Square before leaving town for the game at Platte Valley.
There will be a pep assembly Tuesday afternoon to honor the boys basketball team District Championship. The pep assembly will start at 2:35pm and will go until around 3:15pm. Students K-12 will attend. Parents and community members are welcome to attend.
The HS Boys Basketball Team play again tomorrow night at Platte Valley (Jefferson HS) at 6:00pm in a Sectional game. Online tickets are $8 plus fees and required for entry and will be available to the general public at noon on Tuesday. Seating is limited. Tickets must be purchased in advance through www.mshsaa.org
Students in Grades K-6 are attending the Robidoux Resident Theater's production of Sponge Bob Square Pants either tomorrow (Tuesday) or Wednesday. This event is in St. Joseph at the Missouri Theater. Notes were sent home with all students today. If you do NOT want your child to attend this trip, please contact the elementary office via phone or email. You can also contact your child's teacher. Specific dates and times are on the note that was sent home today.

The South Holt Knights boys' basketball team beat Winston in the semifinal round of district play in a very competitive game. Final score 53-46. Boys play next in the District Championship on Saturday at 2pm in King City against North Andrew. Let's Go Knights!

Congratulations to South Holt senior Zander Howell for finishing in 2nd Place (Silver) at the SkillsUSA District Contest that was held at Hillyard Technical School on Friday, February 16th. Zander received recognition yesterday at the Awards Ceremony in St. Joe for this district event that involved technical schools from all over Northwest Missouri. Zander will go onto a state level contest that will be held in April.
