South Holt varsity football loses to Platte Valley on Friday night by the score of 60-12 in a game that was called off at halftime.

South Holt falls to Mound City in varsity volleyball tonight 3 sets to zero. 25-10, 25-23, 25-16. Knights play next on Saturday in the Riverside Tournament in Wathena, Kansas.
The South Holt High School Student Council will be set up outside the Elementary Office tomorrow at 8:00 a.m. with school spirit temporary tattoos. Tattoos are $1 each and will be applied in the morning. Send a dollar with your child if you'd like him or her to celebrate Homecoming with a Knights Temporary Tattoo.
The South Holt vs Mound City volleyball match tonight is in Oregon. Many printed schedules are incorrect. The location recently changed away from MC as the new gym floor is not yet complete. JH starts at 5pm.

Attention K-6 Parents: Elementary students are attending the Homecoming Pep Assembly this Friday afternoon. Please see the information below for details about dismissal and signing students out from the Pep Assembly. If your child is leaving from the pep assembly, please send a note with the child so that he or she has their backpack with them.

South Holt Cross Country competed in Rock Port this evening. Great job to our XC runners on a warm afternoon on a challenging course. Congratulations to Sophie Mendenhall and Hayden Piper. Both took home medals for 14th place. XC runs in Mound City next week.

South Holt has created an automated text system for absence/tardy notifications the first hour of the day. If you receive a text regarding your student's absence and have already notified the school, there is no need to call. If you have not notified us about a student absence or you think the absence or tardy is in error, please call your respective office.
A separate automated text has been created for negative lunch balance. These will go out after lunch on Tuesday and Thursday of each week if your student's balance is at -$10 or more. Once payment has been received and processed, you will not receive another text until the balance is low.
