Today is Graduation Day for the South Holt Class of 2024! The ceremony starts at 2:00pm in South Holt main gym. The main doors will open around 1:00pm. Go Knights!
Congratulations to Brianna Biondo on her 7th place finish in the 300m hurdles at the State Track Meet. Her time was 49.45. Great end to a very successful track career.
At State Track....South Holt's Brianna Biondo has qualified for the Saturday Class 1 Finals in the 300m hurdles. She ran a time of 48.60 in Friday's prelims. Good luck to Bri as she runs today around 4pm in Jefferson City!
The South Holt baseball team drops a heartbreaking game to Platte Valley in the District Championship game by the score of 3-2. The loss ends the season for the Knights with a record of 17-4. And it ends the career of 7 seniors. Thanks Kendall, Cade, Tylynn, Garrett, Jaxon, Zander, and Brock. Great season. Great career boys.
District Baseball update: today's South Holt game will now be played at Mid-Buchanan HS at 6:00pm against Platte Valley. The field in Guilford is too wet to be played on so the location and time is being changed. Bus departs at 4pm now. Ticketing for Districts is still cash only $6 for anyone 6-years-old and above. South Holt baseball pulls off a comeback win in Districts over Nodaway Valley on Tuesday. Knights score 7 runs in the bottom of the 6th inning and win 7-4. The win advances South Holt to the District Championship that will happen on Wednesday. Go Knights!
South Holt has several students with unpaid lunch balances. Contact the Elementary Office at 660-446-2356 with questions about your child's food account. You can also login to the lunch portal through Power School. Balances need to be paid in full today or tomorrow.
The third grade class and Mrs. Kent's Career Development class had some bonding time by playing board games together Monday morning.

South Holt varsity baseball is set for the District tournament for Monday, May 13th. The game will be against Nodaway Valley and is scheduled for 4:00pm at Guilford (Platte Valley field). Let's go Knights! If weather becomes a factor, info will be shared here for changes.
Sports Banquet is tonight....South Holt High School Athletes and their families are invited to celebrate an exceptional year of South Holt Athletics at the South Holt High School Athletic Banquet. We look forward to celebrating your accomplishments through the 2023-2024 school year on Sunday, May 12th at 6:00pm in the South Holt Main Gym. Meat (pulled pork), drinks, and paper products will be provided. Freshman and Seniors: Bring a side item. Sophomores and Juniors: Bring a dessert. Organized by the Athletic Booster Club and High School Administration.

Sectional Track results from Adrian HS today for South Holt athletes. Brianna Biondo: 5th place in triple jump, 6th place in 100m, and 4th place in 300m hurdles. Tait Morris: 8th place in triple jump (new PR of 11.84). Great day!

The end of the year cookout is tomorrow, May 10th. Junior High and High School students can purchase a cheeseburger meal from Student Council tomorrow during lunch for $7. Meals consist of a cheeseburger, chips, a pop and dessert. If students are participating, please send cash or check with your student/s. Thanks.
