South Holt would like to congratulate Dawson Fansher on his 3rd place 11-1 victory in Class 1, 113 lb class state wrestling!!!
Dawson Fansher pinned his opponent in his first match Saturday morning. He will wrestle again at 11:30 for 3rd place.
Dawson Fansher, currently 2-1 at the 2020 Missouri State wrestling Championships. Dawson will wrestle this morning at 9:00 and again at 11:00.
Super Saturday at Forest City Christian Church tomorrow from 10:00-11:30 of kids in preschool through 6th grade.
Please join the South Holt FFA for a free will donation, Community Breakfast tomorrow at the TJ Hall building from 6:30-10am. We will be serving biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, and sausage!

8th grade parents, please make plans to attend a parent meeting on Monday 3/9/20 at the South Holt Cafeteria at 7:00 PM.
Due to injury, Union Star girls will forfeit the round 1 district basketball game against South Holt girls scheduled for Monday 2/24/20 at 4:30 PM. South Holt girls will play next at 5:45 PM on 2/26/20 against the winner of King City and Mound City.
South Holt girls get the win over Mound City 64-19.
South Holt boys fall to Mound City 47-71.
At halftime South Holt boys are behind Mound City 29-17.
South Holt boys JV falls to Mound City tonight 28-14.
(2/20/20) South Holt will play Mound City in the final regular season basketball game of the year. Our JV boys will begin play at 5:30 PM with varsity to follow. Senior night will occur during 1/2 time of the girls game and Hall of Fame inductions will occur between games.
The Toy Tractor Show for FFA Week has been extended to include tomorrow, Thursday, February 20th. Students can bring their toy tractors in to register before school tomorrow morning and be included with the ones brought in today.
The South Holt Knight boys team lose to Platte Valley tonight by a score of 61-35.
The South Holt Lady Knights traveled to Platte Valley tonight and lose their basketball game by a score of 50-29.

South Holt JH students; Maelea McFarland, Hailey Bush, and Katie Mendenhall recently participated in the Middle School solo/ensemble festival at NWMSU. All three students received a superior rating. Also pictured, Mr. McFarland Coach/Sponsor and Mrs. Binder Accompanist.
The South Holt Ball Association has a sign up for summer teams today (Monday, Feb 17th? from 5:30pm-7:00pm at the school cafeteria. Players are needed all levels.
