South Holt Athletics Announcement
The King City Basketball Tournament will occur as scheduled tonight, Wednesday, January 27th.
The South Holt girls will play at 4:30 pm in the new gym. Fans and players must use the South Doors to enter.
The South Holt boys will play at 4:30 pm in the old gym. Fans and players must use the North West Doors to enter.
Fans will not be allowed to switch gyms to view both games.
All tickets previously passed along to the players and fans will not be utilized for Tonight's games. Please dispose of them.
Only immediate family members (Mother, Father, Brother’s and/or Sister’s of players) will be allowed to view Tuesdays games.
Once games are completed, please vacate the gym so that King City admin can prepare for the upcoming game.
Barring any further weather problems, King City will return to the ticket system for games Thursday and Saturday, but at a reduced number than previously allowed.
South Holt will serve Monday’s menu today Cheese Breadsticks.
South Holt will have a two hour late start Wednesday, January 27. Buses will do routes two hours later than normal. No breakfast served. School will start at 10:20.
Hillyards will be closed today., Wednesday 1/27/21.
The South Holt Junior High Scholar Bowl team will compete on Thursday, January 28th at South Nodaway. There are no current limitations on visitors; however, all in attendance must wear a mask while in the building.
The King City basketball tournament will be postponed today, January 26th. Both girls and boys teams will play tomorrow, Wednesday, January 27th at 4:30. More information and an updated bracket will be released later today.

Important information regarding the King City Basketball Tournament. Our girls are scheduled to first play on Monday, January 25th at 4:30 in the new gym. Please enter at the South entrance of the school and sit on the North Bleacher of the New Gym. Boys will play first on Tuesday, January 26th at 4:30 in the Old Gym. Enter at the North End of the School, sitting on the West Bleacher. All players have been given an allotment of tickets to distribute to their families for these games. In order to attend, you will need to present the ticket and pay the required price. Please read the attached guidelines for more clarification.
