The boil order for Oregon has been lifted.
JH Football camp for today (Thurs, July 15th) at 5PM has been cancelled because of poor weather and extremely wet field conditions. Looking ahead, the first day of fall practice for JH football is Monday, August 16th at a time to be determined at a later date.
The City of Oregon will be draining the water tower tomorrow Tuesday, July 13th sometime in the morning hours. We will be trying to maintain pressure in the mains until the tower project is completed which could last 1 1/2 - 2 months.
All of Oregon will be without water Tuesday morning off and on all morning until we get the pressure set. There will be a boil order until further notice for all of Oregon.

Friday July 2nd at 10 am there will be a water outage for only residents on S Washington, S Ridge and S Monroe in Oregon until approximately 3pm. When the water is back on there will be a boil order until further notice.

South Holt would like to congratulate Hayden Elifrits on his 4th place finish at Missouri High School State Track and Field at Jefferson City. Hayden finished 4th place in class 2 shot put with at throw of 15.41 meters (50'6 3/4"). Way to go Hayden, Coach Morris, and Coach Overstreet!!!
Thank you Holt County Health Dept. for giving the 2nd graders bike helmets. We love them.
8th grade graduation is tonight at the Oregon United Methodist Church. Students are to arrive at 6:45. Ceremony starts at 7pm.
