Junior High and High School football practice is being moved to a later time today, Wednesday, Sept. 2nd. Junior high will practice from 6 pm - 7:30 pm. High school will practice from 6 pm-8:30 pm. Walk-through practice will be held tomorrow at normal time utilizing the gym that has AC.

Our 6th graders had a wonderful visit to the Holt County Museum, where they learned about the history and origins of Holt County and Oregon. They enjoyed a tour of the barn and were especially amazed by the old switchboard and the many artifacts throughout the museum.

South Holt Elementary is excited to launch a new program to support students in reading and math. Instead of iReady, South Holt will utilize components of Renaissance Learning. Components include assessments (STAR), as well as instructional supports. Check out the information below regarding our new program. We are excited to see our kids grow as we utilize different components in this new program. Please reach out to your child's teacher if you have questions as we begin working with these new resources.

It's that time again! First high school volleyball match of the season!
We thought we would start sharing the food drops for Second Harvest earlier. The Oregon Drop will be on September 21, 2026 at 10am. There are no income requirements, but Second Harvest does collect names and ages at a minimum. You can pick up for a total of 3 families per car.
