The South Holt R-1 School District (DISTRICT) is seeking proposals from banking institutions (PROVIDER) in Holt, Andrew, Buchanan, and Nodaway counties to furnish depository services beginning on or before July 1, 2026.
Proposals will be received by the Superintendent at the District Office located at 201 S. Barbour St. Oregon, Mo 64473 or via email at peavlerj@southholtr1.com. Proposals mailed must be postmarked no later than December 2, 2025.
Proposals will be evaluated by a selection committee of the DISTRICT on December 10, 2025. A Copy of the initial selection criteria is included in this Request for Proposal (RFP). Once the evalution process is complete, the information will be available to all who responded.
Said proposals must conform to the specifications and instruction. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envlope or via email with "Depository Services Proposal" clearly on the label or in the subject header. A proposal must consist of all required materials and the signature page of the proposal, signed by an authorized representative of the PROVIDER. Non-conformance with these instructions may be grounds for rejection of the proposal. Late proposals will not be considered.
The DISTRICT reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalitities or irregularities in any proposal.
