Rob Calloway, The All-American Prize Fighter,  (heavyweight world champion) stopped by
the South Holt Track teams practice. The Champ is a personal friend of Head Coach Jonn Casey, who asked him to speak to the team. Rob talked about life lessons and working hard to a achieve your goals. He also spoke of being prepared in life and getting an education. His education paid off, allowing him to use his physical therapy degree after his boxing career ended.

Rob said, " Coach Casey runs a great program up here. Their motto this year is Winning Every Day. He asked me to speak to his athletes about my story and what level of dedication, determination, and desire it takes to try and win every day."

Coach Casey said, " The champ (Rob) is a great guy, he loves talking to kids and motivating people. He is a humble guy, and keeps life in perspective, a great role model for youth today. He has even wrote a book about his story and his 76 wins, 60 by knockout! His life is a Cinderella story, about never giving up."

Rob brought 4 of his 14 world title belts and even brought some boxing gloves and sparred (boxed) with the kids.
